PT Seekmi Global Services is a limited liability company, duly established and incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and is domiciled in Central Jakarta, Indonesia (“SM”). SMis committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. 3. Mengapa SM mengambil informasi pribadi?
SM menggunakan informasi pribadi yang diambil melalui laman ini untuk tujuan dimana telah disediakan dan untuk tujuan lainnya yang telah dijelaskan pada saat pengambilan atau ketentuan lainnya yang disyaratkan untuk tampilan khusus, termasuk:

untuk mengoperasikan laman, termasuk publikasi atas forum, artikel, video dan tinjauan;

untuk melaksanakan dan mempromosikan;

untuk menyediakan bantuan pelanggan bagi Anggota;

untuk menjawab pertanyaan dan permintaan;

untuk membuat iklan yang ditampilkan terhadap anda dalam laman dan informasi produk dan jasa yang kami kirimkan (lihat dibawah), misalnya, dengan menyediakan anda dengan informasi produk yang berkaitan dengan pendapat anda;

telah nyatakan dalam jawaban terhadap survey kami;

untuk melaksanakan riset dan pengembangan;

untuk menginvestigasi setiap tanggapan yang dibuat oleh atau mengenai anda, atau kami memiliki alas an untuk mencurigai bahwa anda telah melanggar Ketentuan Penggunaan atau telah melakukan kegiatan yang bertentangan dengan hukum;

Apabila berlaku, untuk menginvestigasikan suatu Kejadian yang Merugikan (Adverse Event “AE”), yaitu timbulnya suatu kejadian medis dalam penggunaan produk dan dimana tidak diperlukannya dibutuhkan suatu hubungan untuk penyembuhannya; dan

Untuk kepentingan lainnya yang disyaratkan oleh undang-undang, termasuk tujuan dimana anda telah ungkapkan atau telah memberikan persetujuan.
Materi Umum yang dimuat oleh Anggota
Beberapa jasa yang ditawarkan melalui laman ini memperbolehkan Anggota untuk memasukkan, memuat, posting atau mengirimkan konten atau bahan seperti teks, foto, gambar, audio dan video (termasuk link atas konten atau materi) yang dapat diakses dan dilihat oleh masyarakat umum di internet (Materi Umum). Anggota mengetahui bahwa apa yang mereka posting dalam laman dapat dilihat ditempat lain di internet dan tetap berada di internet setelah keanggotaannya berakhir, dan mengetahui bahwa SM tidak dapat menjamin bahwa Materi Umum tidak akan tampil dalam tempat lain, disalin, unduh atau digunakan. Apabila Anggota memiliki pertanyaan mengenai informasi pribadi mereka yang ditayangkan, mereka disarankan untuk menarik setiap informasi pribadi yang mereka posting dalam Materi Umum, atau tidak menggunakan jasa tersebut.
Sebagaimana diindikasi dalam
Penawaran produk dan jasa
Apabila anda seorang Anggota, kami dapat (kecuali anda memilih untuk tidak menerima segala komunikasi tersebut dalam halaman profil keanggotaan anda) menggunakan informasi pribadi untuk:

mengirimkan berita, informasi servis dan penawaran promosi dari SM dan pihak ketiga yang menurut pendapat kami produk atau jasanya menarik untuk anda (“Rekan Promosi”);

mengundang anda untuk berpartisipasi dalam survey servis dan promosi
Kami dapat mengirimkan informasi ini kepada anda dengan berbagai cara, termasuk melalui pos, email, SMS dan MMS. Anda dapat memberitahu kami setiap saat apabila anda tidak ingin menerima komunikasi tersebut dengan cara mengisi keterangan terkait dalam halaman profil anggota anda. Dalam hal mengirimkan penawaran produk dan jasa kepada anda, kami juga akan memberitahu anda apabila anda memilih untuk tidak menerima segala komunikasi tersebut dikemudian hari. Persetujuan anda untuk menerima komunikasi tersebut akan tetap berlaku apabila anda tidak memberitahukan pilihan anda.
Kami tidak akan mengirimkan pesan elektronik komersil seperti SMS atau email kecuali diperbolehkan oleh ketentuan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Kami juga tidak akan menghubungi anda ke nomor yang terdaftar dalam Daftar untuk Tidak Ditelpon kecuali diperbolehkan oleh ketentuan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
4. Kapan kami akan mengungkapkan informasi pribadi kepada pihak ketiga?
Kami dapat mengungkapkan informasi pribadi:

untuk tujuan informasi pribadi tersebut diambil; dan

untuk tujuan sebagaimana disebut dalam No. 3 diatas.

Informasi pribadi dapat diungkapkan (dan dapat diberikan ke luar negeri) untuk tujuan tersebut:

masyarakat umum, melalui publikasi laman ini di internet;

perusahaan dan organisasi dalam grup SM;

untuk Rekan Promosi (misalnya, untuk memperbolehkan mereka mengirimkan contoh produk atau materi yang dimintakan oleh Anggota dalam laman secara langsung terhadap Anggota atau untuk melaporkan AE);

penyedia jasa kontrak SM, yang dapat memuat:
- pengembangan laman, informasi teknologi dan penyedia keamanan;
- penanganan databasedan proses analisa data;
- kreatif, agen dan promosi riset pasar;
- pos rumah, penyedia pengiriman dan jasa kurir; dan
- konsultan bisnis eksternal (seperti akuntan, auditor, perekrutan dan pengacara).
Pihak ketiga yang terindentifikasi di atas mapat menyediakan kami dengan informasi pribadi yang mereka telah ambil dari anda, untuk kepentingan yang dimuat dalam Pernyataan Pribadi ini. Setiap informasi pribadi yang diambil dari pihak ketiga akan digunakan dan diungkapkan sesuai dengan Pernyataan Pribadi ini.
Pengungkapan Informasi selain informasi pribadi
Beberapa informasi yang telah kami ungkapkan kepada pihak ketiga bukan merupakan informasi pribadi, walaupun hal tersebut merupakan bagian dari informasi yang anda telah berikan kepada kami, misalnya:

apabila anda telah berpartisipasi dalam salah satu produk survey kami, makan kami dapat mengungkapkan hasil survey tersebut kepada Rekan Promosi kami, tapi dengan cara menggunakan formulir dan secara anonimus, yang tidak mengungkapkan indentitas atau pemberi jawaban secara khusus.
5. Link ke laman pihak ketiga
Link kepada laman lain disediakan untuk kemudahan anda. Kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas ketentuan pribadi laman tersebut, dan baiknya anda meninjau dan membaca kebijakan pribadi mereka sebelum memberikan informasi pribadi anda.
6. Kualitas dan keamanan informasi pribadi
Kami berpegang dengan informasi pribadi yang kami miliki dalam melaksanakan usaha kami. Kami menggunakan tahapan untuk memastikan bahwa informasi pribadi yang kami ambil, gunakan dan ungkapkan adalah benar, lengkap dan terbaru. Anda dapat membantu kami, dengan memberitahukan kami mengenai adanya perubahan terhadap informasi pribadi anda, seperti alamat email atau nomor telpon. Keterangan kontak kami adalah sebagaimana dimuat dalam No. 8 dibawah ini.
Keamanan laman
Kecuali untuk informasi pribadi yang dimuat dalam Materi umum, SM mengusahakan untuk menjaga informasi pribadi dan kerahasiaan pengguna laman. Akan tetapi, kami tidak bisa menjaminkan bahwa keamanan atas informasi yang anda ungkapkan secara online dan yang telah anda ungkapkan adalah informasi atas resiko anda sendiri. Apabila anda khawatir mengenai pengiriman informasi anda dalam internet, anda dapat menghubungi SM melalui pos (keterangan alamat kami ada di No. 8 dibawah ini)
Anda juga dapat membantu untuk menjaga keamanan informasi pribadi anda dengan menyimpan kata sandi dan dengan memastikan bahwa anda telah keluar dari laman apabila anda telah selesai menggunakannya. Apabila anda mencurigai adanya pelanggaran, mohon beritahukan kepada kami.
7. Akses dan pembetulan
Mohon hubungi kami apabila anda ingin mengakses atau membetulkan informasi pribadi yang kami miliki mengenai anda. Kami akan memberikan akses atau untuk melakukan pembetulan, dengan ketentuan beberapa pengecualian diperbolehkan oleh undang-undang. Kami dapat mengenakan biaya untuk menutupi biaya atas pemberian akses terhadap anda.
